Xiaomi has just launched its latest kitchen innovation, the Mijia Water Purifier Pro Dual Outlet 1600G, now available for pre-order in China.
This new purifier stands out with its dual-faucet design, allowing users to choose between highly purified drinking water and water for washing fruits or vegetables from the same device.
The upper faucet is dedicated to drinking water and uses a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane for deep filtration.
It offers a flow rate of 4.25 liters per minute and can purify up to 6,500 liters before needing a filter change.
The lower faucet is designed for tasks like rinsing produce, providing a faster flow of 13 liters per minute and a much larger 25,000-liter capacity-ideal for everyday kitchen chores.
Both faucets are rotatable for easy access, and the purifier features an integrated display that shows real-time information such as the current mode and TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) value.
Thanks to HyperOS Connect, users can remotely monitor and control the purifier via the Xiaomi app, receive filter replacement reminders, and adjust water output settings directly from their phone.
The filtration unit is compact enough to fit under most sinks, measuring about 160 x 445 x 428 mm. The Mijia Water Purifier Pro Dual Outlet 1600G is priced at CNY 2,999 (around ₹35,000), while a smaller 1200G version is available for CNY 2,599 (about ₹30,000). Both models are currently exclusive to China, with no news yet on international availability.

With its dual-outlet system, smart app controls, and high-capacity filtration, Xiaomi’s new purifier is designed for families seeking convenience and cleaner water in their kitchens. This launch strengthens Xiaomi’s reputation for bringing smart, user-friendly appliances to modern homes.
